Tom Cove Leadership Award
The Tom Cove Leadership Excellence Award honors an SFIA member company executive who exemplifies the association’s mission and exceeds expectations in representing the sports and fitness industry.
Named after Tom Cove, SFIA’s long-time President and CEO, this award recognizes leaders who make outstanding contributions to key SFIA initiatives, builds community, and enhances the association’s value. Recipients demonstrate exceptional commitment to SFIA’s goals, industry-wide leadership, and dedication to fostering connections within the SFIA community.
The first Tom Cove Leadership Award was presented on October 1, 2024.
