Mentorship Program Purpose And Goal

Based on feedback from the 2023 class, we are pleased to add a mentorship component to the Excelerator Program experience. The purpose of the Mentorship Program is to strategically match current Excelerator Associates with industry mentors, focusing on career mobility, professional development, and leadership growth.

The goal of the mentorship pairing is to introduce mentees to industry leaders who are eager to impart practical and actionable advice, share connections, and contribute to mentees’ leadership practice and professional development.
