When and where was your organization started? Tell us about their history and about the team:
USA Padel was first formed as the American Paddle Association, then became the United States Padel Association, and finally USA Padel in 2026. We are the national governing body for the sport of padel in the USA and are dedicated to growing the game at all levels. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, we reinvest all of our net income into developing the sport. USA Padel was formed at the start of the sport’s introduction into the United States in 1993 and has had national teams compete at the World Cups every two years since those days.

Tell us in your own words about the products/services your organization provides:
As the NGB for padel, we aim to support, promote, and develop the game at all levels. This includes support of players, fans, clubs, and manufacturers.
How and why did your organization come to become an SFIA member? Share how you heard about us and your experiences: SFIA is seen as the industry leader in data and statistics for racquet sports. We want to be participants in that and supportive of it.
Does your organization have any memorable successes or big wins that you would like to share?
Every year, we sanction and oversee more than 250 tournaments around the USA, including the US Open Padel Championships. We have more than 200 athletes traveling internationally every year to represent the USA at the junior, professional, senior, and amateur levels of competition.
What are some upcoming plans for your organization? Where do you see your organization five years from now, and so on? In five years’ time, we want to be able to expand our support for all areas of the padel industry and would like to be a positive force for good.
What is one thing people should know about your organization that they may not know from the website? We are open to collaborating with all those in the Padel industry.
How do you see your organization’s services and expertise benefitting the SFIA community? Your USA Padel can be a resource for all SFIA members for information, connections, and networking.
